The Salted Lime didn't start with a bar — it started with a feeling. The kind you get when you're out on the water in the Abacos, sun overhead, drink in hand, and you think: this is exactly where I'm supposed to be.
That feeling became a vision, and that vision became a floating bikini bar unlike anything else in the islands.
From Finance to the Float — The Woman Behind the Bar
After studying international business in Barcelona, Steffi spent her early twenties collecting experiences as intentionally as most people collect credentials — working for an art dealer, teaching yoga, working nights at a nightclub, and eventually supporting the business of multi-billion dollar portfolios on Wall Street. She built a career she was proud of, then decided it was time to build something of her own.
She fell in love with a boy on Man-o-War, traded her desk for a dock, and opened The Salted Lime on a sandbar in the Abacos, Bahamas. The dress code is minimal, the drinks are cold, and the view is even better in person.
